Tropical Depression Eleven Forms Near The Texas Coastline; Tropical Storm Warnings In Effect

Tropical Depression Eleven has formed near the TX coastline, just south of Galveston. Heavy rainfall of 5 to 10 inches w/ locally higher amounts of up to 15 inches can be expected, which may produce life-threatening flash flooding.
