.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Moderate to locally fresh easterly winds will prevail across the
regional waters through at least this evening. Combined seas due to
winds and a small northeasterly swell will result in choppy
conditions, mainly across the Atlantic waters, offshore Caribbean
and the Anegada passage. A tropical wave moving across the regional
waters will bring showers and thunderstorms over the regional waters
today with some gusty winds, while another topical wave is forecast
to cross the regional waters late Tuesday through Wednesday.
