...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Watch expires for portions of southeast West Virginia and
southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in
southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Raleigh,
Southeast Fayette and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West Virginia,
Boone, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mingo and Wyoming.

The flooding threat has ended as the heaviest of the rain was
shifting north of the Watch area. Therefore, the Flood Watch expires
at 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
