...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 815 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 815 PM CDT this evening for
portions of East Arkansas, including the following area, Crittenden.
Portions of North Mississippi, including the following areas,
DeSoto, Tate and Tunica. Portions of West Tennessee, including the
following area, Shelby.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat.
