.DISCUSSION...Onshore (westerly) winds will increase Thursday
afternoon, diminishing overnight. Stronger winds will develop
late morning Friday as an area of low pressure will start to move
into Northern California from the Pacific NW. Moist air ahead of
incoming low pressure will bring wetter daytime RHs on Friday
whereas Thursday will be drier. Very small chance (<10%) for light
precip late Friday.
