            Emergency manager reported flooding at
            PR-723 at Sector Pulguilla in Barrio Betania
            (near Academia Menonita Betania), due to
            excessive runoff from a tributary of the
            Usabon River between Coamo and Aibonito.
            Roads were closed during the event.
