The areas affected include...
  Reno Beach Geneva-on-the Lake OH...

At 703 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
waterspouts, along a line from near Kelley`s Island to Willowick,
moving southeast at 10 knots. Winds to 30 knots and small hail are also
possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
