...HIGH WIND WARNING HAS EXPIRED...

The low pressure system that was moving just north of the Columbia
River has shifted northeastward and winds have begun to slow. Some
localized isolated gusts up to 50 mph may occur right around the
mouth of the Columbia, but elsewhere gusts less than 35 mph are
expected. Thus, have allowed the High Wind Warning to expire.
