nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A front will stall and dissipate across the area over the next
couple of days. High pressure will remain nearly stationary far
north northwest of the state through Thursday while a trough of
low pressure passes by near the southeast waters.
