.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
extend E over the waters today and will gradually weaken tonight
through early Fri as a cold front approaches. The cold front
crosses into the waters late Fri into Fri night with weak low
pressure forming along the front. The low will move NE across the
waters and then N of the area late Sat into Sat night. Another
stronger low will develop and intensify W of the waters Sat night
and approach the region Sun. The associated strong cold front
will reach the outer waters later Sun and move across the waters
Sun night into early Mon. The low pressure will slowly weaken NW
of the waters Mon and Mon night.
