.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
coast will persist through Fri night. Weak low pressure just N
of the area will move NW later today and tonight. A high pressure
ridge will then build across the region tonight and persist
through Thu. The ridge will slowly move W Thu night through Fri
night.
