.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds S of the monsoon trough will
diminish slightly this evening, then increase to moderate to
fresh speeds on Mon night through Wed. Seas in the 4-6 ft range
will increase to 6-8 ft over the southern waters early this week.
Gentle to moderate S to SW winds are forecast S of the monsoon
Thu and Fri while moderate to fresh NE to E winds are likely to
pulse in the region of Papagayo.
