...The Frost/Freeze Program Update...

Frost and freeze headlines will no longer be issued this fall
season for most of northern Maine as of Sunday, October 1st. The
program will remain active for southern Penobscot County, all of
Hancock County, and central and coastal Washington County until
October 21st. However, farmers and gardeners can still refer to
the frost/freeze potential in our forecast products until the
season ends for all of northern and eastern Maine on October 21st.
