The Laramie River has crested below flood stage but remain near to
just below action stage for the next day.

 .Hydrologic Summary...
Water levels on the Laramie River have remained at action stage this
 morning, but will drop below action stage throughout the day.
 High water can be dangerous even without reaching flood stage. Cold
water temperatures can add to the high water hazard. High waters can
make banks unstable. Care should be taken when recreating or working
 in or near rivers.
