...A High Water Notice is in effect for the Red River of the North
and Maple River...

A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
 expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

For the Maple River at Mapleton (South of I-94)
* At 06 PM Sunday July 03 the stage was 13.3 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...18.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Fargo
* At 06 PM Sunday July 03 the stage was 16.66 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...18.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Wahpeton
* At 06 PM Sunday July 03 the stage was 8.89 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...11.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.
