...Thunderstormd will impact portions of south central Kewaunee and
Manitowoc Counties through 515 PM CDT...

At 429 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cleveland, or 9 miles southwest of Manitowoc, moving northeast at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

  Manitowoc around 440 PM CDT.
