  * WAVES ARE NOW BELOW ADVISORY LEVELS.

RECOMMENDED ACTIONS

  * DO NOT RETURN TO EVACUATED AREAS UNTIL THE ALL CLEAR IS GIVEN
    BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

  * FOLLOW ANY INSTRUCTIONS FROM GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
