...The National Weather Service in Omaha has issued a hydrologic
outlook for potential river flooding...


This Hydrologic Outlook is based on both observed and forecast
precipitation. The rivers may respond differently than indicated...if
actual precipitation is greater or less than expected.

Later statements...possibly warnings...will be issued as additional
information becomes available.

Outlook information for
  The Missouri River Near Blair.
* At  9:00 PM Sunday the stage was 23.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.5 feet.
* No flooding is occurring...and no flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to rise to near 24.3 feet by
  Tuesday morning and then remain fairly steady through Wednesday
  morning then the river will begin to fall.

Outlook information for
  The Missouri River At Omaha.
* At  9:15 PM Sunday the stage was 25.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring...and no flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to begin to rise by Monday morning
  and will reach 26.0 feet by Tuesday night. The river will then begin
  to fall again by Wednesday evening.
