This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Expect a general downturn in convection as drier air works in from
the west today. Storms will develop over the higher terrain this
afternoon and remain fairly anchored, weakening and dissipating as
they slowly drift into the valleys late in the day. Brief heavy
rain and gusty winds to 30 mph are possible with storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Unsettled weather with daily thunderstorm activity looks to
remain in the picture at least into the middle of next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
