...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Humboldt River Near Elko affecting Elko County.

  Humboldt River At Palisade affecting Eureka County.

  Marys River Near Deeth affecting Elko County.

  Humboldt River Above Carlin affecting Elko County.

  Humboldt River At Battle Mountain affecting Lander County.

  Humboldt River At Comus affecting Humboldt County.

.Warm temperatures continue to melt snowpack. An active and wet
weather pattern today through most of next week may have a low
potential to increase water levels and flows.

For the Marys River...including Deeth...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Upper Humboldt...including Elko, and Carlin...Minor flooding
is forecast.
For the Lower Humboldt...including Palisade...Minor flooding is
forecast
Battle Mountain and Comus...Moderate flooding is occurring or is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Humboldt River At Comus.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Moderate to major lowland flooding
  throughout the reach. Many rural roads near the river are flooded.
  Minor to moderate flooding occurs in lower portions of Winnemucca.
  Main area impacted is between the Union Pacific Railroad and
  Golconda Street on the west and Second Street on the east, beneath
  Interstate 80. This would be similar to flooding in February 2017.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 PM PDT Sunday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:15 PM PDT Sunday was 10.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to slowly increase to 10.5
    feet later tonight.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.9 feet on 06/18/1995.
